Originally from New Zealand, I have over 20 years' experience leading high-pressure media productions. I now Consult with the Resilience Institute, bringing a unique combination of real-world performance insight and evidence-based strategy to help individuals and organisations embed resilience into their culture. My aim is to ensure you and your people remain energised, engaged and adaptable in any situation through the lens of performance mindset, wellbeing and bounce.

My film work includes working with high-profile talent such as David Attenborough, Ben Affleck, Lewis Hamilton and Davis Guggenheim, often in complex, high-stakes environments where clarity, adaptability and wellbeing were essential. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I have supported over 100 clients in clinic including many VIPs and delivered to organisations including Discovery Communications.

This unique combination of in situ experience and science backed training allows me to support clients – especially those operating under intense pressure – with resilience and wellness strategies that are both practical and transformative.
