The most successful way to help you achieve your goals is to work together over time. Health is a journey which requires incremental changes done with consistency over time to yield results. Therefore regular coaching over an extended period of time is the most effective way for me to help you reach your goals.

We work together - I offer you appropriate options and the tool kit to get there, and you the ultimate decision maker on which one is best for you.

I offer a range of options in the hope you can find one to fit your needs and circumstances - please enquire if you prefer a single session with occasional follow up. Depending on your health concern and goals this may be possible. All programmes exclude laboratory testing and supplement costs.

Initial Consultation - 90 minute

This is for you if you want a snap shot of your current health status, or have blood work you would like to review. We will look at your health history, your goals and what’s going on for you right now. You will receive a report with action points to meet your goals. Includes research and report writing in addition to session.

We work together for 6 months with regular coaching using all of my skills and experience in Nutrition, Resilience and Lifestyle Medicine. Nutrition, functional medicine, sport improvements, improving sleep and key resilience strategies.
