My Favourite Smoothies

Raspberry Cacao Blast, 1/2 C raspberries, 1 C cucumber, 1 Tb cacao, dash agave or raw honey, dash cinnamon, 1 1/2 C unsweetened almond milk.  Blast 30 seconds in nutribullet. (123 kcal).

Raspberry Avocado Blast, 1/2 C raspberries, 1/2 orange, 1 handful spinach, 1/4 avocado, 1 Tsp chia seeds, 1 1/2 C coconut water.  Blast 30 seconds in nutribullet. (232 kcal).

Delicious.  I discovered this after a superb morning run over the ridge in Griffith Park, LA.  I then headed for a little health shop in Los Feliz, and this is what they served up for my joy.  Knob of ginger, handful of almonds, 1/2 C blueberries, 1 banana, 3 dates, rice milk.  blend.  

Breathe Free with Omega 3.  2 handfuls of kale, 1 apple, 1/2 C tofu, 1 Tb flax seeds, 4 walnuts, 1 tsp cinnamon, water to max line.  Blend.  

Mood Boosting Breakfast blast.  1/2 C oats.  5 walnuts.  1 banana.  1/4 C blueberries.  1 1/2 C unsweetened almond milk.  (475 kcal).
