Originally from New Zealand, I am a frequent long haul flyer who’s previous work was in global high profile, high octane documentaries. Pushing time zones, stress and working long hours on a disrupted body clock in foreign countries is something I understand.

I work with you to identify and treat the root cause of your symptoms and health concerns. This holistic approach will support the body to truly re-balance and revitalise. I work with your other health professionals, i.e. GP, to offer a 360 view to your healthcare.


I have a degree in nutrition with 8 years experience. I hold a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition, have completed a foundation course in Functional Medicine, and belong to the professional body as a registered nutritionist - International Organisation of Nutrition Consultants. I am a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and a Registered Nutrition Consulting Practitioner.

I also work for The Resilience Institute, UK as a Consultant. The Resilience Institute are a global organisation who work with corporate leadership, to sustain high performance and wellbeing on a long term basis. They have 9 offices around the world from Asia to USA with expert teams.

Resilience is about mobilising all the forces we have to not only bounce back when facing adversity, but also to have the courage to embrace opportunities, to be creative and to be well connected, to self, others and to the environment. It’s a lot about what we call deep human competencies. 

I am based locally as a Nutritionist in Barnes, South West London.

Many of my clients come from Chiswick, Richmond, Kew and Putney. Additionally, I offer Zoom calls when working with my clients from overseas.


I offer a wide range of services that can be tailored to your health concern, including healthy eating, healthy diet, weight loss and my special interest in stress health, travel and jet lag.
