- Personalised Jet Lag Protocol setting out in easy to understand action points for each day leading into your trip, the day of the flight, in flight and arrival.

- 1 x follow up session via phone or Skype to initiate the Protocol and get you started

- 1 x follow up review call

I have a particular interest in body clock (circadian rhythms) and avidly keep up to date with the latest science from the travel experts, NASA and elite athletes.
