How to make nut milk

It's so simple.

Soak a cup of almonds (or brazils, or other nuts) in water for at least 4 hours / or overnight.

Drain/rinse.

Put in high speed blender with approx 2 or 3 parts water to 1 part nuts.  This depends on how creamy you want the nut milk.  Blend.

Strain through a nut bag (available on Amazon for £5).  Pour creamy milk into a glass jug (available on Amazon £5).  It will last for up to 3 days in the fridge.

My favourite - brazil nut milk in coffee.
