10 Green Juice Recipes

Nothing like the power of greens to put a pep in your morning step.  Make and store in a glass bottle/jug in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.  

Aim for a masticating juicer rather than a centrifugal one (which heats through the process and denatures the nutrients).  Samson 6 in 1 is a good choice.

Juicing is alkalising to the body, cleansing to the cells and cancer protective.  It improves liver function, is an antioxidant boost as well as antibacterial.  

Juice 1 - Green Sweet & Firey - kale, spinach, parsley, cucumber, lemon, ginger, apple

Juice 2 - Green - 2 handfuls kale, collard greens, 150g spinach, 70g romaine lettuce, parsley, 1/2 cucumber, 250g celery, ginger, lemon

Juice 3 - Alkaline - cucumber, romaine lettuce, parsley

Juice 4 - Green - kale, chard or collard green, cucumber, apple, parsley

Juice 5 - Green - 1 grapefruit, 1 cucumber, 3 celery stalks, 100g spinach, 1/2 lemon, ginger

Juice 6 - Green Sweet - 3 pears or apples, 1/4 pineapple, 106g spinach, 70g green leaves, 1 radish, ginger

Juice 7 - Immune boost - 2 green apples, 1 lemon, fresh ginger

Juice 8 - Red juice - 1 apple, 2 beets, 3 carrots, 1 orange, ginger, spinach

Juice 9 - Liver Cleanse - 1 grapefruit, 1 lemon, 1 clove garlic, ginger, 1/5 Tsp cayenne pepper

Juice 10 - Skin & Immune - 2-3 carrots, 200g celery, ginger, 1/2 lemon, 1 lime, 1 apple
