However, take a pause .. it is not always about 'putting in' but instead, the first step is to 'take out' all that is anti-nutritious and stops your body from having gorgeous waves of hair, clear, bright skin and strong nails.
Anti-nutrients include sugar, alcohol, and all the nasties found in processed foods. These place an enormous burden on your body to metabolise, time and energy otherwise spent on repair and growth.
Consider a whole food diet - shop on the perimeter of your supermarket. Remember, if it comes in a packet, it's not really food.
