The important concept of anti-nutrients

Anti-nutrients include heavy metals, sugar, alcohol, allergy producing foods, stress, stimulants, and all the chemicals found in processed foods. These place an enormous burden on your body to metabolise, time and energy otherwise spent on repair and growth.
